Silver Skewer Letter Opener Georgian Style

This heavy sterling silver paper knife and letter opener is based on a traditional Georgian meat skewer, now sadly rarely available in the antique trade. So we have recreated the design in our workshops following the original design.

Double struck, the handle and blade are the same on each side, except that the hallmark is only on one side of the handle. It will look elegant on any desk, either at home or in the office - 21cm (8 1/4 inches) in length.

We can engrave the skewer down the blade or on the reverse of the hallmark on the handle, with a name, initials or message. Our expert, on-site engravers will ensure a speedy service.
