Delivery Information
You can inform us of a delivery date when placing your order and every endeavour will be made to ensure your order is delivered on or before this date. We can deliver to any address that you wish - worldwide - even if it is different from your billing address. We pack all items in attractive presentation boxes so you can send a gift to a friend anywhere in the world for a birthday, anniversary, Christmas or other event.
PLEASE NOTE: A signature is required when your order is delivered.
Standard Service
Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Any items using this method of delivery are despatched free of charge.
Premium Service
If you require a package to be delivered urgently within the United Kingdom via Special Delivery there is a £4.00 surcharge per parcel. Please state whether you require this service by entering it into the Special Instructions box in the Checkout section. We will then debit your card with a further £4.00.
International Deliveries
All deliveries despatched worldwide are sent free of charge by Airmail. We send all items via the Royal Mail International Signed For service. When the item reaches your country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. The target time for delivery is within:
Missed Delivery
UK - If no-one is at the delivery address when your item is delivered, the Royal Mail postman will take it to the nearest sorting office where it can be collected. A card will be left at the delivery address explaining how the package can be collected.
Europe & RoW - Depending on the country, if no-one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.
Returns
Any item received by the recipient that is not to the required standard can be returned within 21 days. The item can either be exchanged or a full refund will be given.

- 4-working days to Eastern Europe
- 5-working days to the Rest of the World
