OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

When you have chosen the gift you wish to purchase, add it to your Cart and check out and pay, securely and safely, by following the instructions.

We dispatch from the UK using the Royal Mail International Signed service. When the package reaches the destination country it will be taken over by the local mail service.

OVERSEAS CURRENCY ESTIMATES

We offer an estimate of our prices in Euros, US Dollars and Australian Dollars. To use this service, please click on the corresponding flag in the top right hand corner of our website. 

Please be aware that these prices are only estimates and your final payment will reflect the daily exchange rate. Exchange rates are set by your card company, but you will be paying the equivalent of the price in British Pounds. 

BFPO ORDERS

If you have a BFPO delivery address outside the UK you may be entitled to tax free purchases. All items on our site are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20% (VAT Number GB 700 7546 59). To get the VAT Free price use the discount code BFPOVATFREE when you place your order and VAT will be deducted from your order. We will check that your address qualifies for a tax free purchase. Please do not use this code if you do not qualify as your order will not be processed.

Outside Europe? Customers who have a delivery address outside the European Union (EU) do not have to pay UK Value Added Tax (VAT) and this includes members of HM Forces at BFPO addresses outside the EU.

Inside Europe? HM Forces personnel with a delivery address outside the UK but inside the EU may also be exempt from paying VAT but only when a correctly completed and signed form 15(10) has been provided. Available for download here.

Customers who give a BFPO delivery address in the EU will have their order processed, but it will not be dispatched until the completed 15(10) has been supplied. If within 14 days the 15(10) has not been submitted, the order will be cancelled.

It is a criminal offense to make false declarations relating to your tax status.
