Delivery and Returns

The majority of our orders are shipped the same day we receive them, except at weekends and bank holidays when they will be sent on the next working day. If an item needs to be engraved, it may take a day or two longer to send depending on how busy our on-site engraver is. Orders for customers in the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Overseas orders are sent by DHL courier service.

Please note that if you order products for delivery destinations outside the UK VAT will not be included in your final cost. Your order may, however, be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount - you will be responsible for payment of them.

*Please note Duty may be charged at the Country of Destination. EU orders under 150 Euros will pay VAT at the UK rate and will not be charged extra duty on arrival.

60 Day Returns

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless the product is faulty. Your must return your item with its original packaging within 60 days of your purchase.

1. Please email sales@hersey.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)1932 225989 to request a refund or exchange.

2. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the provided documents.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Special or Recorded delivery service.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty.

3. Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item.

Refund Exceptions

We are unable to refund the engraving fees for any returned items. Engraving cannot be changed unless a mistake has taken place on our behalf. In this unlikely situation please contact us and we can assist you with getting the item re-engraved or refunded.

Exchanges Policy

We guarantee to exchange merchandise or refund your money if you are not completely satisfied within 60 days of original purchase.

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days. We will then assist you to make a claim or provide a replacement product dependent on the problem.

Additional Fees

If you are exchanging your item for a product of greater value you will be required to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item.
