Delivery Information
Order Processing and Times
The majority of our orders are shipped the same day we receive them.
- Cut-Off: Orders placed after 1PM on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (or the next working day, in the case of a bank holiday).
- Engraving: If an item requires engraving, dispatch may take an extra day or two, depending on our on-site engraver's current workload.
Shipping Methods
- UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail.
- Overseas Orders: Sent via FedEx.
International Customers: VAT, Duties, & Taxes
Please note that if you order products for delivery destinations outside the UK, VAT will generally not be included in your final cost.
- Non-EU Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Duty may be charged at the country of destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of these charges.
- EU Orders (under €150 intrinsic value): We use the IOSS scheme. The local VAT rate of your country is charged by us at checkout and is prepaid. This ensures quick customs clearance with no additional VAT, duties, or handling fees due upon delivery.
