How Long Will It Take to Engrave My Order?

Our engravers are on hand to give a very speedy service, either on the next week-day if the order is placed before 12am and next day delivery is selected or 2 to 5 week-days otherwise.

Can Personalised Silver be Returned?

The general policy on returns of personalised products is that it is not possible. We do however understand that mistakes are made and we will try and help where we can. We can't refund engraving costs unless we have made a mistake and we will re charge the engraving if we need to alter it. Sometimes products can't be re engraved (this is rare) and in those cases we cannot accept returns. Please help us by double checking your engraving instructions - they are your responsibility!

Silver Care

We do not use a lacquer finish on any of our products as we feel that this detracts from the natural beauty and qualities of the silver.

Silver may tarnish and on some people this can happen faster than on others, especially if the wearer uses any kind of body products, aftershave, suntan lotion etc.

The tarnish can always be removed with a soft cloth and proprietary silver cleaning product such as Goddards Long Term silver polish.
Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
Avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach and cleaning products.
