The perfect gold plated sterling silver heart! We wanted to make a really special necklace so we hand carved this heart shape out of a silver block, paying attention to all the little details like the way it joins the chain and the shape of the heart itself.
Handmade at Hersey
Once we were totally happy with the original model we made a casting pattern and we can pour molten recycled silver to repeat it again and again. We then polish it to a smooth artisan finish, very slightly matt, before plating it with 18ct yellow gold. We really love this heart necklace and we think you will too.
